Instrumental Music Scholarship
Entering freshmen may apply for a $1,500 instrumental music
scholarship for the 2015-2016 school year. Students must enroll in an
instrumental music class for the scholarship year. Audition is required.

Chavez Music Scholarship
A Chavez Vocal Merit Scholarship for Exceptional Vocal Talent
is awarded to up to four students each year. The amount of the scholarship is determined annually. Students must enroll in a
vocal music class for the scholarship year and participate in Liturgical
Choir. An audition is also required. For information contact John Reith
Returning award recipients for all vocal and
instrumental music scholarships must complete the application and
audition process for each subsequent year. Applications will be due and
auditions will be held in the spring for all music scholarships.
Academic Merit Scholarships
One $1500 academic merit scholarship will be awarded in each of the
following subject areas: math, science, and English. One incoming
freshman will be selected in each area for a total of three freshmen.
Each scholarship is renewable for three additional years in the amount
of $2,500 per year for a total of $9,000 over four years.
considered for the math scholarship, a student must score in the 90th
percentile or above in both the quantitative and math basic skills
portion of the entrance exam. To be considered for the English
scholarship, a student must score in the 90th percentile of above in the
verbal, reading and language arts portions of the entrance exam. To be
considered for the science scholarship, a student must score in the 90th
percentile or above on the science and mathematics portion of the
entrance exam. Students who meet the initial screen qualifications will
receive all application information in their Acceptance Registration
packets. Students who qualify in more than one area will be invited to
