What a successful season for the St. Pius X cheerleaders. They attended four competitions throughout the year finishing in 3rd place twice.  At the NMAA State competition, the girls finished in 6th place moving up two spots from the first night. Coaches, SPX Staff and Parents are all very proud of the determination that drives these ladies. They have the tools to keep moving up in the sport. Good Job SPX Cheer!

These cheerleaders are an extremely talented group of athletes; the sport is concentrated with tumbling, stunting, jumps and crowd involvement.  The cheerleaders consist of students from grades 9 through 12.

The devotion and perseverance that the cheerleaders show, is a shining example, to the school and sets a foundation for newcomers to strive for.  The cheer program’s focus is on cheering for all SPX sports teams and to be a competitive team. The girls will be cheering for all home games, assemblies, pep rallys; supporting the Black and Gold.
