Catholic Schools Week Schedule and Important Dates
Monday, Jan. 27th - Priest and Deacon Appreciation Day
Theme: Wear Your Sunday Best!
Kick off Catholic Schools Week by dressing in your Sunday best! Middle School students will also participate in a special Mass in our Chapel, with SPX Faith Challenge Bowl team members preparing the readings of the day.
Tuesday, Jan. 28th - Faculty and Staff Appreciation & Future's So Bright Day
Theme: Wear your favorite college T-shirt and sunglasses!
Celebrate our future leaders—99% of the SPX Class of 2024 is college-bound! We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our faculty and staff for their dedication to preparing students for success.
As part of our mission to serve others, we’ll be giving back to our community over the next two days.
Wednesday, Jan. 29th - Parent/Family Appreciation & Crazy Socks Day
Theme: Show off your craziest socks!
We are grateful to our families for their unwavering support. Bring a new pair or pack of socks to donate to Locker 505, and don’t forget to rock your craziest socks!
Thursday, Jan. 30th - Community Appreciation & Hoodie Day
Theme: Wear your favorite hoodie all day!
Consider donating a gently used or new hoodie or jacket to Joy Junction to show support for our local community.
Friday, Jan. 31st - Student Appreciation & Team Spirit Day
Theme: Wear your favorite team T-shirt or jersey!
Did you know that 73% of SPX students participate in Sartan Athletics? Let’s celebrate our amazing students by showing off team spirit!
Important Reminders for Catholic Schools Week (ALL WEEK):
- Clothing must be school-appropriate:
- Tops should not be low-cut and must have sleeves.
- No midriffs allowed.
- Pants should not have rips or tears.
- Dresses and skirts should be no shorter than 3 inches above the knee.
- Donations for our community drives can be given on any day during CSW. Let’s make an impact together!
