2025 Buonasera! A Gala for St. Pius X

The St. Pius X Buonasera gala last weekend brought together 600 alumni, parents, grandparents, parents of alumni, dignitaries, and friends of the school, all in support of making a St. Pius X education well-rounded, innovative, and accessible. Held at Sandia Resort & Casino, the event transported guests to Italy, with touches of olive leaves, topiaries, wine barrels, Old World statues, chandeliers and twinkling string lights that evoked the charm of an Italian piazza. 

A student drumline performed as guests moved into the ballroom for dinner, and was followed by a moving rendition of Domine, Ad Adjuvandum Me Festina (Lord, My God, Assist Me Now) by the SPX choir. Guests enjoyed a gourmet dinner featuring classic Italian dishes, live music that set the ambiance, and an exciting auction and paddle raise to complete the dinner program.  

With the generosity of our guests, the gala successfully raised $208,876 for the St. Pius X student experience.
