Tuition/Tuition Assistance

St. Pius X strives to admit all academically qualified students, regardless of their ability to pay, and is proud of the diversity of individuals within the student body. Approximately 30% of our students receive tuition assistance (this figure does not include scholarships received). Need-based assistance can significantly cover some of the tuition, so we encourage families to read all the information below.

2025-2026 Tuition

For 9th through 12th grade Students:

First Student	$14,800
Second Student	$14,500
Third Student	$14,200

For 6th through 8th grade Students:

First Student	$8,500
Second Student	$8,200
Third Student	$7,900

School Fee: $900

The school fee will be automatically added to your FACTS tuition payment account and is due with your first payment of the term.

Refund Policy: The school fee is refundable only if written notice of withdrawal is received by July 31, 2025. After this date, other financial obligations will apply.

Registration Fees (Non-Refundable)

The non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of online registration, paid with a debit/credit card.

New Students

Before February 1, 2025: $300
After February 1, 2025: $450

Returning Students

By January 15, 2025: $300
January 16–February 28, 2025: $450
March 1–March 31, 2025: $600
April 1–30, 2025: $750
After April 30, 2025: $900

St. Pius X Tuition Assistance Opportunities

St. Pius X School utilizes the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment application process for determining financial need in allocating tuition assistance. One completed application FACTS Management and one processing fee of $40 will automatically submit your application for tuition assistance to St. Pius X, the Archdiocese of Santa Fe, and the Catholic Foundation Committees.

Please note that the income tax requirements and application deadlines for these three tuition assistance opportunities are different. Contact each to find out further information.

A full-time employee of a Catholic School must apply in FACTS Grant & Aid to report your place of employment at an Archdiocese of Santa Fe school and have completed one year of employment to be eligible for the $1000 Catholic Employee Award. This award is given by St. Pius X.

ACE Scholarships
